Pizza Fridays!
Enjoy recreation swim and pizza at the pool on your Friday off from school. Each no school Friday the swim center will offer supervised fun and food. Come enjoy your friends, eat a piece of pizza and have fun at the pool!

Private Swim Lessons
Cascade Swim Center instructors offer private and semi-private swim lessons for all ages and at flexible times. Call the Cascade Swim Center (541) 548-6066 to inquire on the cost and to arrange for an instructor and time.

Adult Swim Lessons
For ages 18 years and up. Do you want to learn to swim? It's never too late to become a swimmer. Learn to build confidence, basic water adjustment skills, enhance stroke technique and swim full laps. If you are new to swimming or want to improve on your limited ability this class is individualized to meet your needs. Prerequisite: Unable to swim 25 meters (one pool length). Cosmic Swim
Middle School Students ONLY! This time is just for you! Come to the pool for a fun time of friends, swimming, games, music and other activities. You must have your Student I.D. to get in the door. No Exceptions!!

Kayaking
All ages welcomed. RAPRD and Current Experiences have teamed up to bring you a weekly kayak class/open pool. Whether you are brand new to kayaking and looking for instruction or just looking for some space to practice your skills, this program is the answer. Instruction points for this course include strokes, rolling, braces, exits,   t-rescues and when you're ready for it, flat-water play boating. Equipment will be provided to those who pre-register, after that it will be based on first come first serve.

Springboard Diving
All ages welcomed. Springboard Diving is offered to all ages and abilities. To take this class, participants must be able to swim one length of the pool.

Lifeguarding Class
Ages 15 years and up. Have you always wanted to be certified as a life guard? Or do you have a summer job that requires lifeguard and CPR certification? During the weekends surrounding spring break CSC is offering a lifeguarding course that, when completed, will certify participants with lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid and AED. This course combines lectures, demonstrations and video with hands-on training and practice. This is a very popular class and space is limited so sign up early.

WSI - Water Safety Instructor
Ages 16 years and up. Become certified as a swim lesson instructor. This Red Cross course combines lectures, demonstrations and video with hands-on training and practice to prepare participants to instruct group swim lessons.

CPR & FIRST AID
Ages 14 years and up. Become certified in CPR and First Aid. This course combines lectures, demonstrations and video with hands-on training and practice. Participants in this course learn to recognize and respond to head and cold emergencies, sudden illnesses and poisonings. Additionally, participants will learn first aid for everything from cuts and scrapes to muscle bone and joint injuries. This is one of our most requested classes.

Party Pool Rentals
For your next party consider the option of renting the Cascade Swim Center Pool and Party Room.

Enjoy the pool with your family and friends. Lifeguard professionals are always present to supervise pool parties. Amenities available for use and rent are: swim center pools, a party room, water inflatable's, pool toys, diving boards, outdoor basketball courts and sand volleyball courts.

Reservations can be made for any size group up to 149 people and for up to 2-hours. For more information and available times and fees contact the CSC front desk or check out the link above for Rentals & Parties. Pool parties must be reserved 3-weeks in advance.
