RAPRD offers a wealth of programs that any age can enjoy. From sports leagues to art classes, summer camps , and many outdoor activities, you’ll find that there’s plenty going on around town that you can enjoy. If you have an idea for a program that you would like to see offered, please contact the recreation office.

Volunteer Committee Openings
The Redmond Area Park and Recreation District (RAPRD) is seeking volunteers to join its Budget and Bond Oversight Committees.
The Budget Committee reviews and approves RAPRD's proposed budget each year. There are three positions available, each with term ending on June 30, 2028. This committee generally meets two to four times in April and May.
The purpose of the RAPRD Bond Oversight Committee oversees the expenditures and use of the 2022 General Obligation Bond proceeds, ensuring that they are applied to the projects specified in the Bond Measure. There are positions available, ending December 31, 2027. This committee meets every two months.
Qualified applicants must reside within RAPRD boundaries.

Sweetheart Treasure Box
Jump into this creative, family-friendly way to celebrate Valentines Day! Explore the playful art of water marbling while designing a decorative paper mâché box, then enjoy candy surprises tucked inside. It’s a gift for yourself or someone special! This program is for ages 5 and older. Please provide a support person for ages 8 and under.
Cost: $28 I/D $36.50 O/D
